Can a corporate organisation invest in Rentizy?
Yes, a corporate organisation can invest in Rentizy. The following documents are required for registration of corporate organizations:
· CAC Certificate
· Director's details
· Memorandum of Association
· Board Resolution
What are the documents required for registration?
· Duly completed application form
· Passport photograph (2 copies, not more than six months old.)
· Valid I.D. card (National ID. card, Voter's card, Driver's license, International passport.)
· Proof of residence i.e. Utility bill.
· Evidence of payment (Deposit/Transfer slip)
What happens if I terminate my investment before maturity?
If you terminate your investment before the stated maturity date, you will get access to your fully invested funds but lose the entire Return on Investment.
The total amount of invested funds will be calculated thus: Capital + prorated interest – 15% charge on invested funds.
NOTE: Termination of contract is not allowed within the first three (3) months of investment.

Can I re-invest both capital and maturity benefits?
Yes, you can. This is can be done, when you send a mail to info@rentizyproject.com to request to roll-over your investment and capital (as you please). However, a representative of our company will put a call through to you, to confirm if you want to re-invest or withdraw your funds before the maturity date.

· Insurance Certificate

What happens when death occurs?
If death occurs, your next of kin or beneficiary will have access to both maturity benefits, and invested funds because invested funds are insured.
